S-TEK Pure Harness Aluminium

Description

Aluminium suits warm water and a 3 mm suit, where the ballast a steel plate carries would come off the belt anyway, so this rig flies cheaply and is then weighted to whatever water it lands in. It is the travel build of the continuous webbing harness: a single length of webbing with no shoulder quick releases, adjusted once and then left alone. Fixed shoulder length is the simplest configuration, and Extender mode lets the shoulder straps lengthen for donning over a drysuit. The plate is 3D formed with a curved central profile, fully radiused edges and EVO Angle webbing slots, and a recessed socket takes S-TEK Ergo Nuts that turn with cold, wet or gloved hands. The stainless steel waist buckle covers the full range of adjustment. Five D-rings are fitted: two pre-bent on the shoulders, one on the waist, two on the crotch strap. Trim weight points, an argon cylinder point and a carry handle are built in. It suits a travelling technical diver on a minimalist rig.
