Big Blue Red Spot Light Mini

Description

Red light does something no white beam can: it lets a diver close on an animal that would otherwise bolt, because many marine species cannot see the red end of the spectrum and the light does not register as an intrusion. This mini version puts that in a body small enough to live clipped to a harness rather than packed for particular dives, and it is rated to 100 metres. It ships with a lanyard and two spare O-rings. Worth stating plainly: Big Blue publish no output, beam angle, burn time, battery type, dimensions or weight for this light, so none of those is claimed here, and anyone needing a specific figure should confirm before ordering. That answers a night dive, a macro approach and photographing a shy subject. It suits a photographer or guide approaching animals white light would scatter.
