The fabric is a blue and turquoise geometric pattern, and a Reef badge sits low on the leg. A semi-elastic waistband gives a comfortable, flexible fit, and an adjustable drawcord lets the fit be set to the child. There are side pockets for shells and small finds, and a soft mesh inner brief means no separate swimming underwear is needed. The shorts suit pool days, holidays and the surf school, and they dry quickly between swims. The pattern hides sand and salt marks well.
