Reef Wax Comb

Description

The Reef Wax Comb is a hard plastic, sharp tooth comb for texturing the wax on a surfboard or bodyboard deck. Running it across fresh wax in a cross hatch pattern raises the bumps that give the foot or the body grip, and the same comb is used to refresh a deck that has gone smooth. The long bladed edge and the width of the comb make it effective for scraping old, dirty wax off the board before a new base coat is applied, which keeps the surface even. It is a small, light tool that fits in a pocket or a board bag, with a hole for a cord or leash string so it does not get lost on the beach. The comb is sold in black, green, blue, orange and red.
