Description

It has a 70 mm direct-reading dial in a compact, low-profile housing, and a quick push-button release removes the compass module for storage and security. The movement uses a scientifically matched sapphire jewel and hardened steel pivot, with powerful DirectiveForce magnets for fast heading lock-on. Built-in compensators allow the user to adjust for deviation, a movable sun shield cuts glare, and internal green illumination lights the dial at night on 12 V. The housing is a high-temperature composite for an extended operating range, and the compass is 100% repairable. It suits small and medium boats that need a neat surface-mounted compass.
