Aqualung Rogue Shoulder Assembly

Description

Shoulder straps are where a badly sized BCD does its damage, riding up under the arms on a narrow frame or pulling across the neck on a broad one. On the Rogue the shoulders are a separate assembly in three sizes, so they are matched to the diver rather than inherited from whatever back plate size was bought. They carry stainless steel D-rings for clipping a torch, a spool or a stage, and they join the rest of the harness through ModLock connectors that release with a pen or a key. That last point matters for more than fitting: shoulders come off to flatten the BCD for packing, and they can be replaced alone when webbing frays without retiring an otherwise sound buoyancy cell. That answers a diver between standard sizes, a rebuild after a few hundred dives, and a travel pack-down. It suits a Rogue owner sizing or replacing the shoulders.
