Aqualung Rogue Waistband Assembly

Description

Waist size changes over the life of a BCD, through a drysuit in winter and a rash vest in summer, and through the diver. On a conventional jacket that means either an uncomfortable fit or a new BCD. On the Rogue the waistband is a separate assembly in three sizes, joined by ModLock connectors that open with a pen or a key, so it is changed rather than tolerated. It carries folding pockets and stainless steel D-rings, and it is the component most likely to be swapped as diving changes: a diver moving into a drysuit typically needs the next size up while everything above the waist stays exactly as it was. It also comes off to flatten the BCD for packing. That answers a change of exposure suit, a change in the diver, and a rebuild after wear. It suits a Rogue owner resizing or replacing the waistband.
