SCUBAPRO Screen Protector Film Chromis

Description

The moment to fit a screen protector is the day the computer comes out of the box, not the day after the first scratch, because film covers damage it cannot undo. This is the film cut for the Chromis. A scratched screen costs least in bright water and most in a silty wreck at forty metres, which is precisely where a computer has to be read at a glance and where a hazed lens turns a number into a guess. Film is the cheapest protection sold for a dive computer and it is a consumable: when it clouds it comes off and another goes on. Applied to a clean dry face, from the centre outwards. It suits a Chromis, ideally a new one.
