Description

A hard or perished snorkel mouthpiece makes the jaw ache within half an hour of finning along a reef, and swapping it costs far less than a new snorkel. This Scubatech ergonomic mouthpiece is moulded in soft silicone with a shaped bite. For a snorkeller spending a morning over a shallow reef on holiday, it gives a more comfortable grip than a worn original. For a diver whose snorkel rides on the mask strap and gets used on long surface swims back to the boat, it replaces a split or chewed mouthpiece. It comes in black or clear silicone and pushes onto the snorkel barrel, although the fit on a given snorkel is not published, so the old part is the best guide. It suits a snorkeller or diver refreshing a snorkel rather than replacing it.
