SPG Cover

Description

A bare pressure gauge takes a knock every time a rig is set down on a deck, dropped into a car boot or dragged over rocks at a shore entry. This black Scubatech cover fits over the gauge head so the boot takes those knocks instead of the case and lens. It comes in two sizes: 52 mm for the compact heads common on modern regulators and technical rigs, and 63 mm for the larger, older-style gauge. On a dive centre rental regulator that goes through several pairs of hands a week, a fresh cover keeps a scuffed gauge presentable and protected. On a personal regulator packed for a flight, it guards the face inside a soft bag. The cover adds no clip or retainer, so the hose still needs its own way of staying tidy. It suits a diver or dive centre replacing a worn or missing gauge boot.
