Sea & Sea Buoyancy-Arm Handle

Description

A heavy camera rig tires the wrist over a long dive and pulls the photographer's trim forward. The Sea & Sea Buoyancy-Arm Handle is a polyethylene float giving 280 g of lift underwater, taking weight off the hands while doubling as a carry handle on land. Its ergonomic shape and non-stretch material carry a loaded housing securely from the camera table to the dive deck, and underwater its buoyancy keeps it out of the way of the controls. With the optional SA8 Fixed Ball Base Mounting Kit, two SA8 Fixed Ball Bases fit to the handle and it becomes a buoyant strobe arm. With the Carry Clip Hardware Kit it mounts over the housing as a handle, and lift then measures 190 g. That covers a negatively buoyant DSLR rig on a wall dive, a mirrorless set-up carried along a jetty, and a macro rig needing a lighter feel. It is rated to 50 m, measures 256 x 76 x 62 mm and weighs 210 g. It suits a photographer with a heavy housing to trim out.
