Description

A focus light needs to sit close to the port and point where the lens points, and a long arm puts it in the wrong place. The Sea & Sea Hot Shoe Arm fits the accessory shoe on a housing port, or the shoe on the Sea & Sea Multi Strobe Ring 100 mm, and takes a small strobe or a shutter activated focus light. That puts a focus light right over a macro port for a night dive, keeps a small strobe tight to the port for close-up fill on a reef, and uses a shoe that would otherwise sit empty. It has a shoe foot at the base and a mounting head at the top, finished with the Sea & Sea yellow band. Sea & Sea list it as discontinued, and it is sold from remaining stock. It is made for small lights, and a full size strobe belongs on a proper arm. It suits a photographer mounting a focus light on a housing accessory shoe.
