Sea Arm 8 Strobe Head

Description

The last link between arm and strobe sets how far the strobe sits beyond the clamp, and a few centimetres change how easily it angles over a port. The SA8 Strobe Head fixes to a YS series strobe mount and ends in a Sea Arm 8 ball, so the strobe locks into an SA8 Ball Clamp at the end of any arm. Size S, 68.5 mm long and 41 g, keeps the strobe close for a compact macro rig and packs small for travel. Size M, 121.3 mm long and 50.5 g, pushes it further out, which helps when the light has to reach round a large dome port or be feathered across a wide angle scene. Both are machined from corrosion resistant aluminium alloy with an anodised finish. The Ball Clamp, arm and strobe are sold separately, and the Double Ball Strobe Head is the option where two pivots are wanted at the strobe. It suits a photographer finishing an SA8 strobe arm.
