Sea & Sea YS-D1/D2 Strobe Cover

Description

The clear body of a YS-D1 or YS-D2 lets light spill out of its sides every time it fires, and on a close macro shot or a night dive that stray light can reach places the photographer wanted dark. This Sea & Sea strobe cover wraps the body in neoprene with a fine mesh outer skin, blocking that leak while leaving the front of the strobe open to fire. The neoprene also cushions the body against scrapes on a boat deck, knocks in a shared rinse tank and rubbing in a kit bag on a flight. It is shaped for the YS-D1 and YS-D2 only; the YS-D3 series and the YS-D130R each have their own Sea & Sea cover. Sea & Sea have discontinued it, so it is sold from remaining stock for owners keeping these strobes in use. The strobe is not included. It suits a YS-D1 or YS-D2 owner protecting the strobe body.
