Description

An assembled camera rig does not fit a normal camera bag and does not survive a dive bag, which is the gap this fills. It carries the rig, its lights, arms and lenses in one padded bag measuring 15 by 10 by 6.5 inches, roughly 38 by 25 by 17 cm, cut to go into an aircraft cabin. The exterior is ballistic nylon with corrosion-proof zips and retention straps that hold gear in if a zip is left open. The main camera compartment takes six adjustable dividers and carries a waterproof liner, so damp gear does not leak into the dry compartments above it, and two large drain holes in the base let it empty and dry, which is what separates this from a photographic backpack. Six rubber feet keep the bag off a wet deck. A dry accessory compartment adds five zipped pockets, and a rear padded compartment takes a 13 inch notebook or tablet. Camera, lights and lenses are not included. It suits a photographer flying with an assembled rig.
