Description

The CB7200P and CB11000P are the large COB video heads, built to fill a wide-angle frame with even light. A snoot takes that same head and does the opposite job: it funnels the output into a small controlled circle so a macro subject is lit and the reef behind it drops to black. That separation is what macro work depends on, and it has to happen in the water because it cannot be added convincingly afterwards. This adapter is sized for the front of both models, clamps over the head, and the lit circle is adjusted by working distance rather than by any control. One head then covers wide video and isolated stills across the same dive, which is worth more on a boat than a second light in the bag. Other snoots in the range fit the smaller heads and the handheld torches. It suits a photographer running macro stills from a CB7200P or CB11000P.
