SPOOL KIT 60 MTR
The Apeks Lifeline spool kit with 60 metres of line is colour-coded grey, the longest in the finger spool range. The spool is anodised T6061 aluminium alloy with high-visibility orange polyester line, a Dyneema leader, a pull tab and a nickel-plated brass swivel.
Sixty metres is a technical diver's spool, sized for deployment from depth and for holding a decompression stop on a line. Deploying from that far down needs the skill to go with it, because a buoy sent up badly takes the diver with it.
The brass swivel keeps the line from twisting on the way up.
