SCUBAPRO Sport Bag 9

Description

A second stage packed beside fins and a weight belt takes the knocks that crack a purge cover and kink a hose at the crimp. This 9 litre round carrier is sized around a regulator set to stop that, and the round shape lets a coiled first stage and its hoses sit without a hard fold. It also takes gauges, a dive computer and the smaller valuables that should not travel loose. It measures roughly 28 by 12 by 28 centimetres and weighs 204 grams, which is nothing worth counting against an airline allowance. The shell is denim blue over a black lining, listed as 600 denier polyester with a polyurethane coating, opened by a YKK Vislon zipper on double sliders with white pull cords. A zippered external pocket takes small items and a top handle lifts it clear of a boat deck. SCUBAPRO publish no padding specification, so treat it as a soft carrier rather than a hard case. It suits a diver protecting a regulator inside a larger kit bag.
