Description

A leak reported at the ladder is a phone already ruined. Dual alarms here watch the seal during the dive, an internal moisture alarm and a vacuum pressure alarm, warning on screen, by sound and by LED, so there is still time to surface. This is the version that broadened compatibility: rated to 30 metres and taking iPhones from the iPhone X upwards including the Pro Max sizes, along with many Android phones. Construction is polycarbonate with stainless steel, aluminium and optical grade glass, weighing 641 grams, close to neutral in the water depending on the phone inside. Because a touchscreen does not work through a housing, control is by physical buttons through the free SportDiver app over Bluetooth. The door seals on a TPE o-ring under a cam-lock latch, with a Moisture Muncher capsule handling residual humidity, and a holding spring and rubber grip tabs secure the phone. The iPhone 17 Pro Max needs the wider Ultra. It suits a diver housing a wide range of phones.
