Spurt Kickboard

Description

Most swimmers kick with less power than they believe, and a kickboard isolates the legs so the weakness shows. Spurt make these boards from closed cell, expanded polyethylene foam, in a junior size 3 cm thick and a senior size in 3 cm or 4 cm thickness. Used as a teaching aid and flotation device or as a training tool, the board improves freestyle, breaststroke and backstroke kick and strengthens the hip flexors for a more powerful kick, and there are several ways to hold it for different results. The boards are weather and UV stable and non-toxic. A child in lessons gets a board sized for small arms, a squad swimmer gets a senior board for kick sets, and a home pool owner gets a training tool for the garden pool. It suits swimmers of every level working on their kick.
