Spurt Mouldable Silicone Ear Plugs

Description

Water trapped in the ear canal after a swim is uncomfortable at best and a cause of swimmer's ear at worst, and mouldable silicone plugs keep most of it out. The silicone is rolled into a ball, placed over the outer ear opening and shaped to fit the swimmer, and the plugs are reusable. The clear option is a pack of four from Spurt, and the coloured options come in lime, sky blue, purple and red. A child who keeps getting ear infections from lessons gets a simple barrier, an adult lap swimmer gets drier ears after every session, and a snorkeller gets protection on a reef trip. Pack quantities for the coloured options are not published, so those should be checked in store. It suits swimmers and snorkellers who want water kept out of the ear canal.
