Spurt Training Hand Paddle

Description

Hand paddles build pulling strength and expose a sloppy catch, but a badly shaped paddle loads the shoulder. Spurt's training hand paddles are air foil shaped and hydrodynamic, correctly proportioned and fitted with flow holes to minimise the risk of rotator cuff injury. They are light and durable, can be used in several hand positions for tailored training, and have easily adjustable and replaceable straps. Sizes run Small, Medium and Large in a range of colours. A squad swimmer gets a pull set tool that is kinder to the shoulders, a triathlete gets strength work for open water, and a coach gets paddles in sizes for a whole lane.
