STRATOS 3 + DUETTO SET - BLUE

This Aqua Lung set puts the Stratos 3 fins, Duetto mask and Wrap snorkel together in blue. It covers the softgear half of a scuba kit, matched on colour and sized together rather than gathered one piece at a time.

The Stratos 3 is a full-foot warm-water fin with a four-channel blade and a rearward Torsion Energy Point; pairs weigh 980 g in UK 4/5 and 1560 g in the largest band. The Duetto is a twin-lens mask in tempered glass on a hypoallergenic silicone skirt, supplied with a reusable case. The Wrap snorkel rolls into a fist-sized case, supplied, and clears by blast because it carries no purge valve. Tempered glass breaks into blunt fragments rather than shards, which is why it is the only acceptable lens material in a dive mask.

The result is a set that goes in the bag as one item and comes out fitting, rather than a mask bought on one trip and fins on the next.

Sizing runs 4/5 to 11/12 on the Stratos 3 fins; the mask and snorkel are one size. Supplied as Stratos 3 fins in blue, Duetto mask in blue and Wrap snorkel in blue. Cylinder, regulator, buoyancy compensator, boots and exposure protection are separate. At R3,228 the set saves R657 on the parts bought singly.
