SCUBAPRO Surface Marker Buoy Nylon 1.4m (Orange)

Description

A taller buoy that lives in the kit bag marks nothing; one in the pocket goes up every dive. This is the shorter of the two professional grade nylon buoys at 4.5 ft, built exactly like the 1.8 m tube with less bulk to carry, and it still stands above a working chop. It runs 1400 by 180 millimetres, HF welded in 210 denier orange nylon with a border seam all round. Filling runs two ways, which covers the day one of them is out of reach: an open bottom fed from a regulator second stage, or a duck beak valve with a full metal inflator. Pressure vents through the range's standard 42 millimetre dump valve once the tube is up. Diver Below and the SCUBAPRO logo are printed on each face in white. A stainless 25 millimetre D-ring with bungee loop sits at the lower end and a plastic D-ring on top takes a torch. It suits a diver who wants a buoy carried on every dive.
