Eon Steel Bungee Adapter Kit

Description

The EON Steel weighs 347 g, which is a lot to hang from two narrow strap contact points on a forearm. Over a long dive that concentration becomes a pressure point, and in a thin wetsuit it becomes a mark that lasts into the evening. A bungee spreads the same weight across a wider span of the arm, which is why most technical divers running a steel-cased computer end up on one. It also settles the fit problem: bungee stretches over a drysuit sleeve or a 7 mm wetsuit and shrinks back onto bare skin in a pool with nothing to set. The kit uses the existing lugs, so the conversion needs no modification and reverses to the original strap whenever wanted, and two colours are available. It suits an EON Steel owner diving long dives or in heavy exposure protection.
