Swim Gloves

Description

Building pull strength in the water usually means paddles, which stress the shoulder in a way many swimmers cannot tolerate. Webbed gloves do the same job more gently: the webbing increases the surface of the hand and, more importantly, the palm is single-lined neoprene, lined on the inside so the raw neoprene faces the water, which raises the coefficient of friction against it and turns more of each pull into propulsion. The back carries an external coating. The material is extremely elastic ultraspan neoprene, so the glove moves with the hand rather than fighting it through a stroke. The result is a training tool that loads the pull progressively rather than abruptly. Three sizes are offered, Small, Medium and Large, in blue. That answers a strength session, a technique drill and general swim training. It suits a swimmer building pull strength without paddles.
