Swivel Pin O-Ring

Description

A swivel pin on a submersible pressure gauge or hose connection relies on a small o-ring to hold the seal while the gauge turns. This is a single replacement ring for that swivel pin. It is small enough that it is easy to lose when a gauge is stripped, so having a spare in the kit bag saves a trip back to the shop. Fit it clean and lightly lubricated with a lubricant made for dive equipment, and make sure the groove is free of grit before the pin goes back in. A worn ring shows up as a slow leak or as a gauge that turns stiffly. Pressure fittings should only be taken apart by someone qualified to put them back together and test them, and they should always be tested before the next dive.
