TANK BUCKLE W/GRIPLOCK WITH WRAPTURE SYSTEM

The Aqua Lung Tank Buckle with GripLock is the cylinder band buckle for buoyancy compensators built on the Wrapture harness system, which covers the Axiom, Axiom i3+, Dimension and Lotus. It is the part that decides whether a cylinder stays where it was put or works loose over a dive.

GripLock adds a finger-saver feature to the cam, so the band closes hard without trapping a finger under the lever. Macro presets mark the common cylinder diameters, so a band is set to the same tension every time rather than by feel. The buckle weighs 250 g. A worn or cracked buckle is a common failure on a rental fleet, and replacing the buckle alone is cheaper than replacing the backpack it is riveted to.

The result is a cylinder that is secured the same way on every dive, by anyone in the shop, without a knuckle taken off in the process.

Sold on its own and fitted to a Wrapture-system backpack. The version without the Wrapture system is listed separately and is the one for the Rogue. Check which harness the buoyancy compensator uses before ordering, because the two mount differently and are not interchangeable. The cylinder band webbing is not included.
