TANK BUCKLE W/GRIPLOCK WITHOUT WRAPTURE SYSTEM

The Aqua Lung Tank Buckle with GripLock in the non-Wrapture fitting is the cylinder band buckle for the Rogue and other buoyancy compensators that do not use the Wrapture harness. It carries the same GripLock cam as the Wrapture version and differs in how it mounts to the backpack.

The finger-saver feature on the cam lets the band close under real tension without a finger caught behind the lever. Macro presets mark the common cylinder diameters, so the band returns to a known setting rather than a guessed one. The buckle weighs 250 g. On a Rogue, the buckle is part of the back assembly rather than the whole harness, so replacing it costs a fraction of replacing the section it sits on.

The result is a cylinder band that closes to the same tension every dive, which is the difference between a cylinder that stays put and one that rotates on a giant stride.

Sold on its own, without the cylinder band webbing. The Wrapture-system version is listed separately for the Axiom, Axiom i3+, Dimension and Lotus. The two mount differently and are not interchangeable, so check the backpack before ordering rather than after. Both weigh the same and use the same cam.
