Tank Valve M25 w/o Plug (Handle on Diver's Left)

Description

On a manifolded twin set one valve turns from the left and the other from the right, so both are reachable behind the head; two valves handed the same way put both wheels on one shoulder, which is a thing divers find out in the water. This is the left-hand valve of that pair. Supplied without a blanking plug, its crossover port is open and ready for a manifold rather than closed off. M25 is the cylinder neck thread, the European standard on steel cylinders, so the valve suits a cylinder cut for that thread and no other. Its opposite number on the other cylinder is the right-handed valve, bought with a plug that comes out when the manifold goes on. Run alone on a single cylinder, this valve needs the left-side blanking plug. Fitting a valve, and the pressure test after it, is work for a qualified cylinder technician. It suits a diver building a manifolded twin set.
