Comfort Eco Harness with 3mm Stainless Backplate

Description

Some divers want an adjustable harness and a steel plate, but no foam on the shoulders to soak up water and slow drying between dives. This Tecline set pairs the Comfort Eco harness, which keeps the adjusting D-rings at the shoulders and waist but drops the shoulder pads, with a 3 mm stainless steel standard backplate of 2.05 kg and a crotch strap. At a cold inland site in a drysuit, the steel plate carries part of the lead that would otherwise ride on a belt. On a busy dive-centre rental line, bare webbing rinses clean and dries quickly, and the harness resizes for each customer without tools. Tecline's separate shoulder pads fit the Comfort Eco if padding is wanted later. Its plate is the full 40 by 26 cm size, which Tecline recommend above 170 cm of height. The set does not include a wing, tank bands or a single tank adapter. It suits a diver or a dive centre that wants an adjustable steel rig without shoulder padding.
