Comfort Harness with 6mm Stainless Backplate

Description

Thick undersuits and an aluminium cylinder that turns buoyant near the end of a dive can leave a drysuit diver wearing a heavy belt that drags at the hips. In the water that ballast sits along the spine, over the cylinder, rather than on a belt. For a winter season of cold inland dives, the heavier plate can replace a good part of the lead a 3 mm plate would need alongside it. On a twinset the padded, adjustable Comfort harness gives a comfortable alternative to a one-piece harness while the plate adds weight. Out of the water every gram is felt, so this is a set for driving to the dive site, not for a flight with a baggage limit. It suits a cold-water diver who wants as much ballast as possible built into the rig.
