Description
The padded shoulders are the part of a Comfort harness that wears first, and replacing them brings back the fit without buying a new harness. Tecline's Comfort shoulder pad set is the pair of soft black pads used on the Comfort harness, joined by a chest strap that closes with a buckle. Tecline say they also fit their DIR, Comfort Eco and QR harnesses. On a Comfort Eco harness bought without pads, the set adds padding and a chest strap later. For a DIR diver who wants padding and a chest strap on a one-piece harness, the pads slide onto the webbing. The chest strap keeps the shoulder straps from spreading apart when the rig is carried. It suits a Comfort harness owner replacing worn pads, or a diver adding pads to another Tecline harness.
