Description

Bright stainless hardware catches every torch beam, which is the last thing wanted on a low-visibility rig or a team that dives in black. Tecline's Military Line DIR harness is the one-piece DIR harness with every metal part finished black, from the two 45-degree bent D-rings and the straight D-ring to the six tri-glides and the buckle. Tecline build the Military Line to the specifications of special forces and rescue teams, and supply it from production surpluses, so availability varies. On a black backplate the harness gives a fully dark rig for night dives or photography where reflections spoil the shot. For a recreational twinset or single-cylinder setup it behaves like the standard DIR harness, with 50 mm standard webbing and movable D-rings. A bungee loop, five accessory bands and a matching crotch strap are included, and the backplate is sold separately. It suits a diver who wants a DIR harness with no bright metal on show.
