Donut 13 Wing

Description

Most single-tank backplate rigs need a separate adapter plate between the wing and the cylinder, which is one more part to buy, pack and bolt on. The Donut 13 builds that adapter into the wing, so the cylinder sits straight against the bladder with nothing extra in the kit bag. Its 13 kg of lift is sized for single-cylinder diving: a week of boat dives on a warm reef, training dives at an inland quarry, or a trip where a simpler rig makes packing easier. The wing is a double layer, with a PU-240 inner bladder inside a Cordura outer shell, a rear dump valve, and slots cut for the tank bands. An inflator and inflation hose come fitted, and Tecline back the wing with a five-year warranty. Eight colours mean a buddy can pick a rig out on a crowded dive deck. It suits a diver moving from a jacket to a backplate and wing on a single tank, or one building a simpler travel rig.
