Description

Picking lift for a single cylinder is a trade-off: too little and a steel tank with a thick suit leaves a diver finning hard at the surface, too much and the spare bladder is bulk that never gets used. The Donut 15 sits in the middle of Tecline's single tank range with 15 kg of lift and the adapter built into the wing, so the cylinder mounts without extra hardware. It covers a winter quarry weekend in a 7 mm suit on a 15 litre steel cylinder, a liveaboard week on aluminium cylinders in warm water, and an instructor's training day with a reel, slate and spare mask clipped on. Inside the Cordura outer shell is a PU-240 bladder, with a rear dump valve and cut-outs for the tank bands. An inflator and inflation hose come fitted, and the wing carries a five-year Tecline warranty. Seven colours are offered. It suits a diver who wants one single tank wing for both steel and aluminium cylinders.
