Tecline's Donut 22 Special Edition Carbon set swaps the stainless plate for a 3 mm carbon backplate weighing 0.475 kg, paired with a DIR harness in standard webbing, shoulder soft pads, standard weight pockets and a Tecline transport bag. The Special Edition wing gives 22 kg of lift for 2 x 10, 2 x 12 and 2 x 15 litre twinsets, with a narrow top for first stages and valve access, the inflator at the top centre and a five-year warranty on bladder and valves. It fits a technical trip abroad where the rig flies as checked baggage, a cave expedition with a long walk to the water, and a diver who wants the lightest Tecline twinset plate.
