Description

Technical divers on doubles want the valves within reach and the hoses clear of the wing, and the harness to stay the same on every dive. Tecline's Donut 22 Special Edition DIR set combines the Special Edition wing, narrow at the top for first stage and valve room, with a one-piece DIR harness in standard webbing on a 3 mm stainless steel backplate, plus a Tecline transport bag. The wing gives 22 kg of lift for 2 x 10, 2 x 12 and 2 x 15 litre twinsets, with its inflator entering at the top centre and the lower dump on the bladder edge. It serves a decompression course on steel doubles, a cave diver practising valve drills, and a wreck diver who wants a fixed, familiar harness. Tecline cover the PU-420 bladder and valves for five years. It comes in black, red or blue. It suits a technical diver who wants a classic DIR twinset rig.
