Donut Midi DIR Set

Description

A shorter diver who prefers the clean lines of a DIR harness usually has to cut down an adult plate and webbing to make it fit. Tecline's Midi DIR Set starts from the right size instead: an aluminium MIDI backplate, recommended for divers about 150 to 170 cm tall, with an adjustable DIR harness and chinch adapter. The Donut 13 or Donut 15 wing, chosen when ordering, has the single tank adapter built in, and the set adds soft left and right weight pockets with inserts, two tank bands with Delrin buckles and a Tecline transport bag. At about 0.6 kg, the aluminium plate keeps the rig light in the bag. It fits a smaller diver starting technical-style training on a single cylinder, a travel rig for a light diver, and a club that equips several smaller members. Wing and pocket colours are selected from Tecline's range. It suits a shorter diver who wants a properly sized DIR rig.
