Double Weight Pocket

Description

Handing lead up to a boat crew one block at a time is slow, and dropped weights on a deck are a hazard. Tecline's double weight pocket bolts to the backplate and carries its weight in an insert with a handle, so the whole load lifts out in one movement at the surface. Each pocket takes about 4 to 5 kg depending on the shape of the weights and closes with a buckle. The left pocket has a movable D-ring for a light or stage, and the right pocket is plain. For a drysuit diver carrying more lead than a standard pocket takes, the extra capacity keeps the belt off entirely. On a charter boat, the handled insert passes up the ladder before the diver climbs. A short fixing screw comes with each pocket, and a long screw is needed where a soft pad shares the hole. It suits a diver who carries plenty of lead and wants it quick to remove.
