H Mini Backplate Soft Pad

Description

On a small diver the plate sits close to the spine, and a bare MINI plate against a thin suit is felt on every dive. Tecline's H MINI soft pad is the H-shaped soft pad in the MINI size, made from soft, breathable material with a small pocket on the back for a surface marker buoy. On a warm-water holiday in a shorty, it keeps the metal edges of the plate off the skin. For a young diver learning on a MINI rig, the pad makes the plate kinder to carry and to wear. The buoy pocket keeps the SMB out of the way behind the diver. Tecline sell it without bolts: six short bolts fix the pad alone, or two long and four short bolts when weight pockets share the holes. It suits a small diver using a Tecline H MINI plate who wants padding and a buoy pocket.
