Description
The time to cut monofilament or a strand of net is the moment it catches, and a small knife on the waist strap is where a hand finds it fastest. Tecline's harness knife is a compact serrated blade in a nylon pouch that threads onto the harness waist strap. The knife is 160 mm long with a 55 mm blade, and it weighs about 22 g. On a reef dive near fishing grounds, it cuts discarded line without the bulk of a full dive knife. In a cave or on a wreck, it serves as the backup cutter many divers carry alongside a line cutter. The short serrated blade is made for cutting line and netting, not prying. It suits a diver who wants a light backup knife on the harness.
