Large Trim Pocket

Description

A diver who floats feet-down often needs weight moved up towards the cylinder valve rather than more lead on the belt. Tecline's large trim pocket attaches to a single-cylinder tank band and takes about 4.5 kg of weight in a droppable insert pocket. It closes with strong hook-and-loop strips that Tecline say can be opened and the weight released during the dive. On a single aluminium cylinder that turns buoyant as it empties, it adds weight high on the rig where it can balance the trim. For a diver moving weight off the belt entirely, it takes a large share of the ballast in one place. The pocket needs a tank band to mount on, which is not included. It suits a single-cylinder diver who wants to shift a good amount of weight onto the cylinder.
