Tecline LP Hose Cover

Description

Disconnecting an inflator or drysuit hose with cold, gloved hands means pulling back a small, slippery collar on the quick connector, and it often takes several tries. Tecline's LP hose cover fits over the end of the LP hose at the quick-disconnect coupling and gives it a larger, flared grip, which Tecline describe as release flanges. With something bigger to pull on, the collar can be drawn back in thick gloves or dry gloves. That suits a drysuit diver disconnecting the suit hose at the surface in winter, a diver in thick neoprene gloves on a cold boat dive, and a technical diver who wants every hose on the rig easy to handle. The black rubber cover also protects the fitting from knocks. It suits a cold-water diver who needs to work quick-disconnect hoses in gloves.
