Manifold Isolator Bridge 232 bar

Description

The isolator is the part of a twinset that turns two cylinders into one gas supply and, when a seal fails, back into two. This Tecline bridge fits between the side ports of their left and right expandable mono valves and carries its own black rubber handwheel for the isolator. It is rated to 232 bar, with Viton seals and o-ringed spigots at each end. The 171 mm version spans a pair of 171 mm cylinders, typically 10 or 12 litre steel. The 203 mm version spans larger 15, 18 or 20 litre cylinders. A diver who has been running two expandable valves as singles can have them joined into a manifold for the next wreck trip. A worn or damaged bridge on an existing Tecline twinset can be replaced on its own. It only fits Tecline expandable valves, and fitting is work for a qualified cylinder technician. It suits an owner of Tecline expandable valves moving to a twinset.
