Mask Pocket for Waist Belt

Description

A spare mask is one of the items most often left on the boat, because there is nowhere convenient to carry it once the diver is kitted up. Tecline's mask pocket threads onto the harness webbing and gives a spare mask a fixed home on the waist belt, sized at 19 by 13 by 8 cm. A backup mask rides there on every technical or cave dive, ready if the primary floods or breaks. On recreational dives the same pocket takes a surface marker buoy and spool instead. The flap closes with hook-and-loop, and the pocket installs on standard harness webbing without tools. It is a cargo pocket, not a weight pocket, so it should not be used to carry lead. It suits a diver who wants a spare mask or buoy carried on the belt rather than in a suit pocket.
