O-Ring Pick Set

Description

A screwdriver or knife tip is what usually comes out when an o-ring needs removing, and both leave scratches in the groove it has to seal against. This Tecline set gives three dedicated picks with red, blue and green handles and brass-coloured tips in different hook shapes. A diver changing a cylinder valve o-ring at the fill station can lift the old one out without marking the valve face. The same picks reach the o-rings on regulator port plugs during a pre-trip check. A photographer servicing a torch or housing seal between dives gets the right shape for a narrow groove. They belong in a save-a-dive box as much as on a workshop bench. It suits any diver who looks after their own o-rings on valves, plugs, torches and housings.
