Peanut 11 Mini DIR Set with Aluminium Backplate

Description

A child's rig has to be light enough to carry to the water and small enough not to swamp a narrow back. Tecline's Peanut 11 Mini DIR set is built for young and small divers between 130 and 150 cm tall, and at 2.40 kg complete it is the lightest of the Mini sets. It pairs the asymmetric Peanut 11 wing with a DIR MINI harness on an H-shaped aluminium MINI backplate, which Tecline make about 40 percent smaller than a standard plate. Backplate protection and two tank bands come with it. It fits a junior diver's first sea dives on a small aluminium cylinder, a family trip where the child carries their own kit through an airport, and a club junior squad that teaches DIR habits from the start. The wing shape is laid out for a stable, comfortable position in the water. Weight pockets are not included in this version. It suits a young diver who wants the lightest possible DIR rig.
