Tecline's Peanut 16 Professional adjustable DIR set pairs the Kevlar-shelled Peanut 16 Professional wing with the adjustable Tecline DIR harness on a 3 mm stainless steel backplate. An H Professional backplate pad, a single tank adapter with screws and two tank bands with steel buckles are included, but weight pockets are not. The asymmetric wing gives 16 kg of lift and puts the inflator and dump valve where they are easy to reach. It fits a technical instructor running single tank skills sessions, a diver who shore-dives over rough entries where the Kevlar shell earns its keep, and a cold-water diver moving between suits through the year.
