Description

A travelling diver with a steel-cylinder destination on the itinerary needs a lot of lift but has no room for a heavy plate. Tecline's Peanut 21 Travel Set Ultra Light solves that at 2.94 kg complete, with the 21 kg asymmetric Peanut 21 wing on an H-shaped aluminium backplate that needs no separate single tank adapter. A DIR harness, backplate protection and two tank bands make up the rest. The wing's PU240 bladder sits inside a Cordura 1000D shell, and its shape is laid out to keep a comfortable position in the water and a head-high one at the surface. It fits a winter trip to a cold-water destination with hired steel tanks, a drift dive holiday where extra lift helps at the surface, and a diver who flies with carry-on-sized kit bags. Weight pockets are not included. It suits a diver who wants maximum Peanut lift at the lowest weight.
